I've been ordering from this shop for a while now and want to summarize my experience.
Shipping always took 2-3 weeks, which might seem a little long nowadays, but after getting used to it it was fine.
I always got what I ordered and it was going well, sometimes I even got coupons.
The customer service was also good. The consultant could not speak English very well, but that didn't really bother me because it's not my native language either.
Only after receiving faulty products in my last order was when the tables have turned.
I have no idea what had happened, but almost half of my order was faulty. I politely asked the consultant for a refund or replacement of the faulty products, but I encountered a lack of understanding. First, they tried to blame me and brush me off. Then, they tried to offer me cheap replacement products, but despite asking multiple times, I wasn't even allowed to know their flavors (???). Despite conceding on this point, I was still kept waiting or ignored for almost two weeks. When I finally got frustrated, I just wanted my money back. Even that proved difficult and took almost another week. Now, without my consent, I have only received a refund for one-third (!) of my damages. I wanted to share my experience here because it might be interesting for others as well. I still have the chat history. I will definitely not order from Sleekvape again.
