Order Cancellation or Address Change
You may cancel your order or change the shipping address anytime before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund or change the shipping address.

• For shipments to Canada, USA, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, if the item is held or rejected during customs clearance, refunds cannot be issued.
